In 2015, SammyJProBroker was formed when she passed her real estate test, FIRST TIME TOO!! Not only does everyone who knows her say, “what took you so long?”, she says it to herself too!
I love being a Realtor. Helping people become homeowners is so rewarding. Being creative and working with all parties involved in buying and selling real estate, seems to be something I’m really good at. Everyone involved in a real estate transaction has a very important role to play and want the same thing. Building those relationships and keeping everything positive and moving along smoothly is my goal. Many have even said I make it fun! Carol just happens to be Sam’s Mom. She tells everyone she’s been selling real estate since they invented dirt! When Carol moved to Vancouver in 2019 from Central Oregon, after living there over 40 years, it just made sense that they partner up. Now she is Sam’s Licensed Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. Together they have been crushing it, getting offers accepted and new listings sold! The best part, they are having so much fun!
